NOB WESCH

Nob is Steve's current duo partner and is a long established and respected Bremen musician.In the 70's he was the founder of a Fairport Convention /Steeleye Span style band called HARTLEED which included their own written songs plus songs in "Plattdeutsche. In the 80's Nob was very successful with the legendary Bremen KALEIDOSKOP BAND and its successor the HARDY WRIEDEN BAND. Here Nob found he could demonstrate his skill as as Blues and Rock guitarrist. Since 1988 until the present day Nob is a permanent member of the Hamburg Blues Brothers Show Band SOULTRAIN.
In 1997 the Westcoast & Southernrock Band TUSCON reformed and from then to the present day Nob plays guitar and mandolin with them as well as providing vocals.

Since 2006 Nob has intensified his interest in playing 6 and 12 string guitars, as well as the Resonator guitar together with Mandolin, In addition his interest in Open tunings and vocals add to the Westaway/Wesch sound.
